"At last it is time for Ladyfest Goldsmiths 2009, and time to celebrate Women’s Creativity. Ladyfest, on FEBRUARY 5TH, is a community-based, not-for-profit global music and arts festival for female artists that features bands, musical groups, performance artists, authors, spoken word and visual artists, and workshops, and we have our home-grown festival here at Goldsmiths.

Girl Power Fest 09 takes place from 13th to 22nd November 2009.

"About CoordinadoraFemfest
La Coordinadora Femfest tuvo su inicio en la unión de varias bandas femeninas de la escena rock underground del año 2004. Desde entonces realiza anualmente el "Festival Femfest" y ciclos de "Tokadas" en diversos bares de Santiago. Así se ha creado un espacio para la congregación y la difusión de grupos, solistas, compañías de teatro, diseñadoras de vestuario, ciclos de cine, etc.

the first issue of "Noi donne" was published even before 1944 as an underground medium of Italian women fighting against fascism in the Paris exil (1937) and then some issues followed, published in different Italian regions. But since 1944 noidonne has been published officially and regularly first in Naples then in Rome. Since 1945 it has been the magazine of the UDI (Unione Donne in Italia), but became independent during the 1990s. Emphasis on politics, social change, culture, women's equality, violence against women, health etc. Besides the monthly print version the website is published since 2004 as a weekly e-zine and puts an emphasis on politics, social change, culture, women's equality, violence against women, health etc.

Women's Radio Group is a training and networking charity for women interested in radio.

Current activities include:
# 'PEARLS' training course for women in West London
- the current course runs from September - December 2009
