Identities - Journal for Politics, Gender and Culture

type=digital_archives

Identities, Journal for Politics, Gender and Culture is a bi-lingual international, transdisciplinary Journal published by the Research Center in Gender Studies.

The Journal is published semiannually and bilingually (in Macedonian and English/French/German), since 2001. Book reviews are published bilingually, in Macedonian and in Albanian.

The aim of the Journal is to primarily open up new and fresh ways of thinking about the social and political problems facing South-Eastern Europe within a globalised world. However, it welcomes contributions from scholars from all over the world. The journal is referenced by the Central and Eastern European Online Catalogue, and is distributed via many networks, including AOIFE - Association of Institutions for Feminist Education and Research in Europe, and ATHENA - Advanced Thematic Network in Activities in Women’s Studies in Europe. The Journal usually invites scholars to publish in it, but it also accepts unsolicited articles which are then submitted for peer-reviewing.
