Lucy Duncombe, Liene Rozīte, Julia Scott
Musician and visual artist, Lucy Duncombe, works and performs alongside Kenneth Wilson, and collaboratively with other improvisers/musicians. Liene Rozīte performs with Ash Reid, in the conceptual improvisation duo Muris, and the Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra. Julia Scott is a musician and artist who plays in bands that include Palms and Fem Bitch Nation.

Wir laden alle interessierten Menschen ganz herzlich zum dritten Darmstädter Ladyfest am Samstag, den 24.11.2012, in die Oetinger Villa ein.

WomCam are hosting this year's Gender Equality Festival! We have seven days of diverse and thought-provoking events lined up. Our events are open to people of all genders. LaDIYfest Sheffield 2012 took place from 2nd to 4th November 2012

Statement:
Sheffield’s feminist festival LaDIYfest returns for its second year this November, taking over venues across the city for a weekend of practical activities, discussion workshops, spoken word and live music. Events run from 2nd – 4th November with all funds raised going to local women’s charities.

Statement:
Wir leben in einer patriarchal und nationalstaatlich organisierten Gesellschaft voller Ausgrenzungsmechanismen. Sexismus, Nationalismus und andere diskriminierende Strukturen sorgen für permanente Gewalt sowie Benachteiligungen und stehen damit der freien Entfaltung von Individuen im Weg. So weit, so schlecht.

Das Antifee-Festival soll ein sicht- und hörbares Signal gegen die sexistischen und nationalistischen Tendenzen sein, die sich in der Gesellschaft zunehmend breit machen. Es soll ein Raum geschaffen werden, der möglichst frei von diesen und anderen Herrschaftsmechanismen ist. Dazu sollen politische Inhalte musikalisch und in Form von Workshops und Vorträgen vermittelt werden.

Für ein Festival ohne Sexismus und Mackerattitüde!
