"LaD.I.Y.fest is a non-profit, volunteer run ‘Do It Yourself’ (D.I.Y.) festival of music, art, film, discussions and workshops organized and orchestrated by feminist activists, artists and musicians of various genders. It helps to showcase the skills and talents of a diverse group of groundbreaking feminist people working in the arts, community building and activism. It is a participatory festival, and most importantly, a community festival that is bound together within a worldwide network.

LADYFEST Baires será un MEGA-evento multitarget que se instalará en el Museo de la Inmigración en Retiro y durante cuatro días ofrecerá la posibilidad de disfrutar gratis de: recitales, talleres, foros de debate, comidas de colectividades, deportes, teatro, cine, exhibición multidisciplinaria de arte, desfile performer y entretenimientos.
Cuatro jornadas intensivas de Disfrute Comunitario.

LADYFEST SPAIN 2008

Ladyfest NO es un festival. Es una comunidad que se inicia cuando el proyecto comienza a tomar forma y que se expande después de la consecución del mismo, es un colectivo internacional de personal que se manejan en el plano underground, compartiendo, modelando, intercambiado ideas feministas, antixenófobas, queer y anticapitalistas, y que participan constantemente en el activismo social mediante la música, las conferencias, los talleres, el cine, las perfomances y las distintas formas de arte o antiarte.

- We advocate feminism and we embrace the diversity that has evolved within the feminist identity
- We are not for profit
- We are anti-corporate and anti-exploitation
- We are not into competitive, patriarchal, misogynist, hierarchical bullshit
- We will not apologise but be proud and honest about how we feel
- We do not discriminate based on gender and sexual identity
